Faircon’s team of technicians are the best in the business. All of our Union technicians are highly skilled and have completed at least two years of schooling and served a five-year apprenticeship.

A 12-year veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force, he built a strong foundation in leadership, logistics, and technical execution. Following his military service, Ryan entered the HVAC and mechanical field, working hands-on to master complex mechanical systems and infrastructure from the ground up. In May of 2019, Ryan joined Faircon Service Company as a field technician. He later transitioned from field operations to executive management, overseeing projects, system design, estimation, financial, and all business operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, Patrick brings extensive field knowledge and proven leadership to his role as Vice President and Project Manager. He began his career as a pipefitter in 2005, gaining hands-on experience across power plants, oil refineries, school remodels, and commercial HVAC projects. After joining Faircon in September 2023 as a field professional, he transitioned into project management before advancing to Vice President. His progression from the field to executive leadership gives him a practical understanding of every stage of a project, from planning and coordination to execution and completion. Drawing on decades of real-world experience, he is committed to supporting field teams, building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality projects, and helping drive the company’s continued growth and success.
Miles joined Faircon in late March 2026, bringing experience in facilities asset management, commercial real estate, and startup operations to his role as Service Manager. His background includes surveying building equipment, developing accurate asset records, and improving processes to support maintenance planning. At Faircon, he applies that experience to coordinating service, developing preventative maintenance plans, and helping clients address their equipment needs with a focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable service.
Amanda joined Faircon Service Company in December 2024, bringing with her extensive experience in accounting, payroll, human resources, office management, and customer service. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong background in financial management, payroll administration, budgeting, account reconciliation, and supporting the day-to-day operations of busy organizations. As Office Manager at Faircon, Amanda handles accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, employee and union-related administration, customer, and vendor communication, and many of the behind-the-scenes details that keep the office organized and the field team supported. She enjoys being someone both customers and employees can count on and takes pride in helping keep Faircon organized, efficient, and moving forward.
